Personal Injury Lawyer Brian T. Judson
Brian T. Judson was born in Laramie, Wyo. He graduated from the University of New Mexico in 1993 in and from the Law School of the University of Denver in 2000. Brian is a veteran litigator and was a shareholder in two prominent Albuquerque firms specializing in insurance defense before bringing his expertise to Will Ferguson & Associates in 2011.
Brian has experience in a variety of other areas, including class-action litigation, real estate litigation, mining and oil and gas issues, and Indian law. He was an adjunct instructor at the University of New Mexico School of Law, teaching "Civil Procedure Drafting," in 2008. At Will Ferguson & Associates he specializes in bad-faith insurance claims, construction defects and products liability.
Brian plays the guitar (badly), bicycles to stay fit – although not as often as he should – and longs for the strength in his knees and the fitness that allowed him to play competitive soccer at a high level as a youth. Brian and his wife serve as in-house staff to a large orange cat named Milton.
