Personal Injury Lawyer Frank Balderrama
Frank Balderrama, a native of Carlsbad, N.M., attended New Mexico State University, where he earned degrees in History, Government, Law and Society. He graduated from the University of New Mexico School of Law in 2006 and decided to specialize in fighting for victims and victims' rights.
He has mass-tort litigation experience in state and federal courts involving the drugs Vioxx and Baycol. He has tried auto and motorcycle collision cases throughout New Mexico on the side of New Mexicans killed or injured by the wrongful acts of others. He has argued cases successfully before the New Mexico Court of Appeals and the New Mexico State Supreme Court.
He joined Will Ferguson & Associates in October 2011. Frank lives in Albuquerque with his wife, Candice, and three children, Ella, Ethan and Aiden. He enjoys working out at the gym, playing softball, baseball, fishing and hunting. He prides himself on his knowledge of Major League Baseball and the NFL and is happy to answer questions about those two professional sports.
