Personal Injury Lawyer Jesse Quackenbush
Jesse Quackenbush was born in Amsterdam, N.Y., in 1962. Since 1988, Jesse has litigated thousands of personal-injury and wrongful-death claims. He has tried more than 100 jury trials and has a win rate of more than 90 percent.He has received numerous multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements.
Jesse is experienced in criminal and civil trial work, has been qualified in Texas to represent defendants in death-penalty cases. He has argued in the U.S. District Court for New Mexico, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas and the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. He has represented the family of a man who died as the result of police brutality by the Amarillo (Texas) Police Department.
Jesse enjoys directing and producing documentary films. His award-winning documentary film The Last Word is available on NetFlix and sold in many retail video stores throughout the United States. He is the director of the Duke City DocFest, New Mexico's only international documentary film festival. The festival is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit corporation and takes place each October in Albuquerque. Revenues generated by the festival are used to aid homeless families.
