Intersection Collisions in Albuquerque
While a crash can happen nearly any time you’re on the road, intersections are a particularly common site of serious collisions. Many drivers fail to give the right of way to other drivers, causing serious crashes in the process. Drivers have a duty to exercise caution when traveling through an intersection to prevent roadway accidents.
Each year, 40 percent of all major crashes take place within intersections. These crashes often result in permanent injuries for those involved. Injured parties should consult with an Albuquerque car crash lawyer to see if they’re eligible for lost compensation.
