Drowsy Driving Crashes in Albuquerque
There are massive awareness campaigns designed to bring awareness to certain kinds of reckless actions, such as drunk driving. However, many people are unaware of the risks associated with drowsy driving collisions. Similar to drunk drivers, fatigued motorists are less able to make reasonable decisions behind the wheel.
It can often be hard to prove that a driver was fatigued at the time of a crash. This is because the adrenaline caused by a crash can cause a driver to be extremely alert. There were 800 reported fatalities caused by drowsy drivers in 2013.
