Albuquerque, NM - Deadly 2-Car Accident at 2nd St & Constitution Ave
Albuquerque, NM (February 18, 2020) - The Albuquerque Police Department responded to the scene of a fatal collision on Monday, February 17th. The crash happened that night at the corner of 2nd Street and Constitution Avenue. Authorities reported to the scene to render aid to those involved in the crash.
According to initial reports, the driver of a Nissan ran a stop sign, colliding with an Infiniti. The driver of the Nissan was unrestrained at the time of the crash and suffered fatal injuries. Their identity has not been released at this time.
The driver of the Infiniti was treated at the scene for injuries sustained in the crash. An ongoing investigation into the accident is in progress.
