Intersection Crashes in Albuquerque
When drivers fail to yield the right of way, they risk causing a serious collision. Intersections are a hotspot for crashes caused by failure to yield. With so many drivers traveling in different directions, it seems reasonable that accidents would be common.
Intersections are involved in around 40 percent of all reported crashes each year in the United States. 20 percent of fatal crashes happen at intersections annually. Injured parties should reach out to an Albuquerque auto accident lawyer to see if they have grounds for a personal injury claim.
