New Mexico Pedestrian Crashes
Pedestrian accidents are often the most dangerous types of car accidents. Because of this fact, it is important that injured victims enlist the help of a trained New Mexico pedestrian injury lawyer when seeking lost compensation. New Mexico’s rate of pedestrian fatalities is one of the worst in the nation.
In 2016, around 5,900 pedestrians were killed in car crashes across the United States in 2013. That same year, 129,000 pedestrians were treated for injuries sustained in non-fatal pedestrian accidents. Victims may be eligible to regain lost compensation after a serious collision.
