Albuquerque Hit-and-Run Accidents
From 2009 to 2011, the rate of hit-and-run accidents in the United States rose by 13 percent. In most cases, these accidents involve pedestrians who are traveling along the side of the road. These accidents are often fatal as there is little protecting the pedestrian from the impact of a motor vehicle.
Studies have found that nearly one in five pedestrian accidents involve hit-and-run collisions. Furthermore, around 60 percent of all pedestrians injured in hit-and-runs sustained fatal injuries. When a loved one is killed in a sudden crash, their families often have to take on the financial and emotional burden.
The loss of a loved one is a difficult time for anyone. While financial compensation will not bring back a dear family member, Will Ferguson & Associates believes in helping families of victims bring reckless drivers to justice.
