High-Speed Collisions in New Mexico
Being injured in a high-speed crash is serious. The injuries are often much more severe than a typical collision. The fact is that the force of a high-speed impact can leave victims with long-lasting, and sometimes permanent, injuries.
Twenty-six percent of all fatal crashes in 2017 were attributable to speeding motorists. These crashes often result in expensive medical treatments and lost income. A negligent driver can be held liable for their actions through a personal injury claim.
