Lea County, NM - Hobbs Man Killed In Auto-Pedestrian Crash On NM-18
Lea County, NM (November 16, 2019) - The New Mexico State Police were at the scene of a fatal collision last week in Lea County, New Mexico. The accident took the life of a 23-year-old Hobbs man on Saturday, November 9th, at around 1:30 a.m. The crash took place on NM-18 between Hobbs and Lovington, New Mexico.
The ceased has been identified as Bryson Heidelberg. Heidelberg was reportedly walking along NM-18 NB when he was struck by a vehicle. He was taken to Nor Lea Hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries.
No charges have been filed. The investigation is being handled by NMSP.
