Los Lunas, NM - Woman Injured in Hit-&-Run on El Cerro Mission Rd
Los Lunas, NM (February 11, 2020) - A hit-and-run collision in Los Lunas, New Mexico left a special education teacher with severe brain injuries on Wednesday, February 5th. The victim, identified as Sharon Anne Craig, was in the parking of a J&A Quick Stop located on El Cerro Mission Road when the vehicle she was in was rear-ended. The driver fled the scene of the accident without rendering aid to Craig.
Craig was hospitalized for multiple days and reportedly has stage two traumatic brain injury. Sources revealed that a red pickup truck struck the vehicle. No other details are known at this time.
