New Mexico Drunk Driving Crashes
New Mexico has made many attempts to curb the high rate of drunk driving accidents happening across the state. However, there are far too many drunk drivers hitting the roads each day. Drunk driving is a crime in the state, and violators will be punished.
The legal punishment of a driver does little to help victims of these accidents recover. Victims need a fair settlement from the insurer of the at-fault driver. Injured parties should seek the help of skilled legal representation to help ensure a satisfactory settlement.
