Santa Fe, NM - Man Killed in DUI Crash at Cam Alire & W Alameda St
Santa Fe, NM (November 6, 2019) - A man was killed and others were injured following a DUI collision in Santa Fe, New Mexico. The accident happened late Sunday evening, November 3rd, at around 10 p.m. The man killed has been identified as Andrew Martinez, 30, of Albuquerque, New Mexico.
The intoxicated driver, 24-year-old Diego Alejandro Pichardo, was found at the scene of the accident by responding officers. Pichardo was ejected from his vehicle, a black Chevy pickup truck. Martinez, who was traveling in a silver Ford sedan, was hospitalized following the collision and was later pronounced dead.
Another passenger of the Ford was injured in the crash. Local authorities are currently investigating the accident.
