Rollover Accidents in Albuquerque
Each year, nearly 35 percent of all fatal passenger vehicle crashes are due to rollover collisions. Vehicles like SUVs and pickup trucks are more likely to turn over when involved in a crash. Occupants risk being ejected from the vehicle and sustained serious injuries.
Rollovers are often caused by human error. When drivers speed or drive aggressively, they can possibly cause their vehicle to overturn. In some cases, injured parties can contact an experienced New Mexico car crash lawyer to protect their legal rights.
