Albuquerque, NM - APD Responds to Crash at I-40 & Rio Grande Blvd
Albuquerque, NM (December 2, 2019) - Local authorities in Albuquerque, New Mexico responded to the scene of a car crash earlier today. The collision occurred near the intersection of I-40 and Rio Grande Boulevard. The accident occurred at around 7:14 p.m. on the evening of Monday, December 2nd.
The collision took place near mile marker 156 on I-40. Following the crash, the right lane and right shoulder of the roadway were closed. The Albuquerque Police Department was present at the site of the crash to render aid to those involved.
No further details have been released. APD is managing an investigation into the cause of the accident.
