Bicycle Accidents in New Mexico
Cyclists aren’t often involved in collisions with motor vehicles. However, when they are, they are likely to be seriously injured. These accidents are often due to negligence.
Bicycle crashes are on a downward trend, decreasing from 50,000 reported cyclist collisions in 2014 to 45,000 the following year. However, bicycle fatalities increased by more than 12 percent during that timespan. Injured cyclists should contact a qualified New Mexico cycling injury lawyer as soon as possible.
