Motorcycle Accidents in Albuquerque
Accidents that involve motorcycles frequently end with catastrophic injuries for the rider. This is due to the fact the motorcyclist does not have the safety features and other inherent protections that come with driving a larger vehicle. Bikers ride without basic safety measures like airbags, seat belts, and a sturdy, metal outer framework.
Most people are quick to conclude that if a motorcycle rider was injured in an accident, they must have been the one driving carelessly. Sometimes, yes, that is the case. It is, however, certainly not true 100 percent of the time. Oftentimes, motorcycle accidents are caused by the inattention of the driver of another vehicle. All too often drivers fail to adequately check their blind spot before changing lanes or turning, or they were simply not paying attention to the road.
