After being hurt in a car accident, your top priority should be to get better as soon as you can. As you start to recover, you need to make sure that you call an attorney. Everyone harmed in an automobile accident has the right to get reasonable compensation for their suffering, regardless of their financial situation. The process can be more difficult than you might imagine because major insurance companies regularly undervalue claims and occasionally outright refuse to pay legitimate claims. When victims are most in need, a large majority of insurance firms reject fair settlements.
