Albuquerque, NM - Accident on I-40 at Rio Grande Blvd
Albuquerque, NM (September 25, 2019) - A serious car accident closed lanes on Interstate 40 WB on Wednesday, September 25th, around 5:17 p.m. The collision occurred at the crossing of I-40 WB and Rio Grande Boulevard NW in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
The accident caused the center lane and right shoulder of the interstate to close.
Police and other emergency responders were at the scene to render aid to those at the site of the crash. The extent of the injuries and the condition of those injured has not yet been released.
