The process of making a claim requires much more than simply providing paperwork in an acceptable manner. During your testimony in court, you will need to discuss the circumstances surrounding the accident, the severity of your injuries, the reasons why the other motorist was to blame, and the explanations for why the insurance company should cover your personal injury claim. The provision of the necessary documentation to the corporation is yet another element included in this approach.
