New Mexico Speeding-Related Collisions
Speeding is often a lethal factor in auto accidents. Drivers who choose to speed are putting others in danger. Not only does speeding increase the chances of being involved in a crash, but it also magnifies the severity of resulting injuries.
Those who are injured in a high-speed accident will likely require extensive medical treatment. The costs of medical care are extremely high, and these expenses can easily overwhelm an injured victim. While focusing on recovery, victims may be unsure of how to protect their legal rights after an accident.
