Deadly Bicycle Crashes in Albuquerque
Cyclists and pedestrians face many more hazards on the road than those traveling in motor vehicles. There’s little to protect a bicycle rider from the full impact of a collision. That means that cycling accidents with motor vehicles can be catastrophic.
New Mexico has the highest rate of bicycle fatalities in the country. Millions in the state ride bicycles each year. In 2013, 7 cyclists were killed in car accidents.
In some cases, surviving family members can recover lost compensation by contacting a New Mexico bicycle injury attorney. Will Ferguson & Associates knows that the loss of a loved one is extremely difficult. If you’ve recently lost a loved one in a sudden accident, call us today at (505) 243-5566.
