T-Bone Accidents in Albuquerque
T-bone crashes account for nearly 17 percent of all roadway fatalities each year. These accidents occur when a vehicle hits another car from the side, creating a “T” shape. These collisions often leave victims with serious injuries.
In most cases, T-bone accidents are the result of drivers who fail to yield the right-of-way. A driver may have taken a left-turn assuming the oncoming vehicle had a red or yellow light. Drivers who are distracted or intoxicated are more likely to be involved in a T-bone collision.
