Bernalillo, NM - Injury Collision Reported on I-40 near Sedillo Hill Rd

Bernalillo, NM (January 21, 2023) - On the morning of January 19, emergency crews were dispatched to the scene of a car crash in Bernalillo. The incident was reported to officials in the area shortly before 11:00 a.m. 

Police report the crash occurred in the westbound lanes of Interstate 40 near Sedillo Hill Road. An unknown number of cars collided resulting in injuries. 

EMS rendered aid at the scene while police investigated the details of the accident. At least one individual was in need of emergency care and transport to the hospital. 

Those involved have not been identified at this time. Authorities in Bernalillo continue to investigate.
