New Mexico Motorcycle Accidents
New Mexico motorcyclists are involved in severe crashes every day across the state. A majority of these crashes are preventable and caused by reckless drivers on the road. 67 percent of non-helmeted motorcyclists were intoxicated at the time of a serious collision.
Negligent drivers cause motorcycle accidents because they fail to place their full focus on the road. Drivers often hit cyclists when making left-hand turns or speeding. The ensuing damages are more than enough to disrupt the life of a victim.
