New Mexico Deadly 18-Wheeler Crashes
Semi-trucks are massive vehicles that have the potential to cause catastrophic accidents on New Mexico highways. These truckers are often pressured to meet tight deadlines and work long hours, making them more likely to be fatigued on the road. This means that critical mistakes can be made that leave people seriously injured.
16 percent of semi-truck fatalities reported in 2018 involved occupants of the truck. Thousands more are seriously injured in these crashes each year. Injured parties should consult with a New Mexico trucking injury lawyer to discuss possible compensation.
