Albuquerque, NM - I-25 Scene of Injury Accident near Ave Cesar Chavez

Albuquerque, NM (March 4, 2023) - On the evening of March 1, an auto accident happened in Albuquerque that resulted in injuries. Reports concerning the crash were made to authorities in the area at approximately 7:20 p.m.

Emergency responders, including fire crews, police, and paramedics, were dispatched to the accident scene to help the involved parties. Police say the accident occurred on Interstate 25 at Avenida Cesar Chavez. 

Traffic was backed up back to Martin Luther King Jr Avenue while emergency workers were present on the roadway. Police are still investigating the circumstances of the crash.
