Albuquerque, NM (March 25, 2023) - A car crash happened in the Albuquerque area that left at least one individual with injuries. Authorities were notified of the collision at around 1:15 p.m. on the afternoon of March 24. 

Initial reports concerning the crash show it happened on Interstate 25 near Martin Luther King Jr Avenue. The incident caused police to close a portion of the roadway for some time on Friday, causing extensive delays in traffic. 

One or more injured victims were transported by ambulance to area hospitals due to the extent of their injuries. Police in Albuquerque are currently investigating the details of the crash.
