Albuquerque, NM – I-40 Scene of Injury Accident near I-25

Albuquerque, NM (January 28, 2023) – At approximately 6:40 p.m., on January 28, a major car accident occurred in Albuquerque. Emergency crews were dispatched to the scene shortly after the incident happened in order to help the people involved. 

Sources say the accident happened near Interstate 25 on I-40. An unspecified number of vehicles crashed and caused injuries. 

Paramedics treated those who were hurt at the scene and transported seriously injured patients to area hospitals by ambulance. Currently, the names of the involved individuals have not been reported.
