Albuquerque, NM – Injuries in Collision at I-25 & Sunport Blvd

Albuquerque, NM (November 20, 2024) – At least one person sustained injuries following a traffic accident in the Albuquerque area on Wednesday, November 20. Emergency crews were sent to the crash site on Interstate 25 SB near Sunport Boulevard SE early that morning, around 6:04 a.m. There were reported injuries, but the severity and number of resulting injuries have not been determined at this time. 

The crash victims were treated by attending paramedics before being transferred to local hospitals. Tow trucks were used to clear the resulting wreckage, and the road was later reopened after being closed for several hours. No updates on the conditions of the injured parties have been provided. Local law enforcement officials are handling the ongoing crash investigation, and more information will be provided as it continues.
