Our thoughts are with the injured victims and their families at this time. We hope for their full recovery.
New Mexico is the second-worst state overall concerning dangerous roadways nationwide. We are behind Florida in terms of car accident statistics by just a slight margin. Also, the state has a serious alcohol problem and has the highest number of arrests for DUI in the nation. Despite the incredible technological advances in automotive safety over the past ten years, accidents nevertheless happen often. 2.71 million accident victims needed medical attention for their injuries, and 36,560 people are expected to have perished in auto accidents in 2018, according to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.
Only a small portion of the 2.3 million people who suffer injuries as a result of auto accidents annually are aware of their legal options, contact a car accident lawyer to fight for justice, and seek the monetary compensation they require to get their lives back on track. We can walk you through the legal process and fight to get you just compensation for any harm or losses with a professional team of New Mexico vehicle accident attorneys on your side. Our skilled and tenacious representation is dedicated to protecting your rights, and we have a successful track record in doing so.
It can be difficult to navigate the claims procedure, especially if you are still healing from a serious auto accident. If a negligent driver hurt you or a loved one in an accident, you might be concerned about how you will pay your bills while you take time off to recuperate. If you want to get the money you need and be able to fully recover, you could file a personal injury lawsuit claim against the at-fault driver's insurance policy. In New Mexico, you have three years from the accident to file a claim. If you miss that date, you run the risk of losing your chance to receive the compensation you are entitled to for your damages.
If you were hurt in a car accident, contact a lawyer as soon as you can so they can start preparing your case. You need a lawyer on your side if you were in a serious accident and want to make sure that you are fairly compensated for your damages and that you do everything in your power to defend your claim. With an attorney's assistance, you may more precisely calculate your losses and the harm the accident caused you.
