Albuquerque, NM - Major Car Accident on Coors Blvd near Irving Blvd

Albuquerque, NM (February 26, 2023) - Police in Albuquerque were sent to the scene of a car crash on February 24. Shortly after 5:00 p.m., the crash happened on Coors Boulevard. 

Reports concerning the incident reveal the collision took place on Coors Boulevard near Irving Boulevard. An unspecified number of vehicles crashed for reasons still under local law enforcement investigation. 

Crews, including police, firefighters, and paramedics, worked at the scene in an effort to help those involved and clear the wreckage from the roadway. Authorities continue to investigate the details of the crash. 

Local police directed traffic away from the scene while they worked in the area. Traffic delays ensued on Coors Boulevard while the scene was occupied by emergency crews.
