Albuquerque, NM – Motor Vehicle Accident Results in Injuries on I-40 near 6th St

Albuquerque, NM (March 18, 2023) – A car accident happened on a roadway in Albuquerque on the morning of March 13. At approximately 9:40 a.m., emergency crews were sent to the scene of the crash on Interstate 40. 

Responders were observed helping those involved at the scene. Reports show the wreck happened on I-40 near 6th Street for reasons that remain unclear. 

Traffic was slowed back to Unser Boulevard while emergency responders worked to secure the scene. Police urged local motorists to find alternate routes of travel while the road was occupied by police and paramedics.
