Albuquerque, NM - Pedestrian Killed in Hit-&-Run at Dallas St & Zuni Rd

Albuquerque, NM (March 13, 2023) - On Friday night, March 10, a pedestrian sustained fatal injuries in a traffic accident in east Albuquerque. 

The deadly crash was reported at the intersection of Dallas Street and Zuni Road. Just before midnight, the pedestrian was walking near the scene when they were hit by an oncoming motorist. The at-fault driver proceeded to flee the scene. 

The injured party was later located by authorities and transported to a local hospital. They were later pronounced dead. The identity of the deceased party has not been released at this time. 

Local authorities are handling the ongoing investigation into the cause of the deadly pedestrian crash.
