Albuquerque, NM - Injuries Follow Car Wreck on Broadway Blvd near Dr MLK Jr Ave

Albuquerque, NM (March 11, 2023) - Police in Albuquerque were sent to the scene of a collision to render aid on the afternoon of Tuesday, March 7. Reports show the wreck took place shortly before 1:30 p.m. on Broadway Boulevard. 

According to information provided by local sources, the wreck happened at the intersection with Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue Northeast. Dispatchers received the call at around 1:17 p.m. and quickly sent police and paramedics to render aid. 

At least one person required emergency medical care at the scene. Patients with serious injuries were transported to the hospital as needed. 

The names of those involved have not been reported at this time. 

Police in Albuquerque continue to investigate.
