Albuquerque, NM – Victim Killed in Hit-&-Run at Menaul & Eubank Blvd

Albuquerque, NM (July 4, 2025) – On Wednesday, July 2, a person was killed after a hit-and-run accident in northeast Albuquerque. The deadly accident took place at the crossing of Menaul Boulevard and Eubank Boulevard early that morning. Emergency crews were dispatched to the scene, where they found the victim lying on the roadway. 

It was later revealed that the injured party was traveling on foot when they were struck by an oncoming motor vehicle. The at-fault driver failed to remain at the scene and provide aid. The victim suffered fatal injuries and was later pronounced dead. The area was temporarily closed off while emergency crews were present. No further information on the deadly accident is currently available. An ongoing investigation into the cause of the crash is being managed by local law enforcement officials.
