Hobbs, NM – Delilah Nicole Ybarra Dies in Hit-&-Run at French and Sanger St

Hobbs, NM (October 31, 2022) – On Friday, October 29, a woman was killed following a hit-and-run accident in the Hobbs area. 

The 19-year-old woman was reportedly hit at the intersection of French and Sanger Streets early that morning. The vehicle was described as being a black Nissan Rogue, and the car likely sustained significant front-end damage in the impact. 

The deceased party was later identified as Delilah Nicole Ybarra. No additional information on the fatal crash has been provided at this time. 

An ongoing investigation into the cause of the accident is underway.
