Tucumcari, NM - EMS Responds to Crash on I-40
Tucumcari, NM (September 29, 2019) - There was a collision near Tucumcari, New Mexico on Sunday, September 29th. The accident occurred around 5:45 p.m on Interstate 40.
The right lane of I-40 was closed following the accident. Local law enforcement arrived at the scene to begin an initial investigation into the accident.
EMS was present to render aid to injured individuals. Authorities have not disclosed the nature or severity of the victims’ injuries sustained in the accident.
The lane has since been re-opened. Local officials are investigating the cause of the accident.
