Albuquerque, NM – At Least One Hurt in Crash on Caliber Rd

Albuquerque, NM (January 1, 2025) – There were reported injuries after a vehicle collision in the Albuquerque area on Tuesday, December 31. The accident was reported at the 3200 block of Caliber Road SW. Emergency units were dispatched to the scene that evening around 7 p.m. 

Emergency crews were rushed to the scene to provide the necessary medical aid. Those requiring further treatment were later hospitalized by ambulance. The number and severity of the resulting injuries have not yet been confirmed. The area was temporarily closed while emergency crews were present, and tow trucks were needed to clear the resulting wreckage in order to reopen the area to outside traffic. An ongoing investigation into the cause of the accident is being managed by local law enforcement officials, and more updates will be provided as it continues.
