Albuquerque, NM – At Least One Hurt in Wreck at I-40 & Carlisle Blvd

Albuquerque, NM (September 14, 2024) – On Friday, September 13, there were reported injuries following a traffic accident in the Albuquerque area. The accident was reported that night around 8:54 p.m. on Interstate 40 EB near Carlisle Boulevard NE. At least one person involved in the crash was hurt, but the severity and number of the resulting injuries have not been determined. 

Emergency responders were dispatched to the scene to render aid to the involved parties. Ambulances were available to transport the injured parties to local hospitals for further treatment. The area was temporarily closed while emergency crews were present. No additional information on the crash is currently available. An ongoing investigation into the cause of the accident is being managed by local law enforcement officials.
