Albuquerque, NM - Car Crash at 2nd St & Menaul Blvd Causes Injury

Albuquerque, NM (October 12, 2024) - On Saturday, October 12, at least one person suffered injuries after a car crash in Albuquerque. The accident was first reported that evening at around 10:31 p.m. at the corner of 2nd Street NW and Menaul Boulevard NW. There were confirmed injuries at the scene, but the severity and number of the resulting damages have not been determined. 

The crash victims were provided aid by attending medical personnel before being transferred to a local hospital for additional treatment. At this time, the circumstances leading to the crash have not been reported. No updates on the conditions of the involved parties have been provided. The area was closed for several hours while emergency crews were present. Tow trucks were needed to clear the site of the resulting debris and reopen the road to outside traffic.
