There are many things that can cause a serious rollover, but a driver's carelessness is the most common factor. Sport utility vehicles and pickup trucks are two vehicle types that have a higher chance of overturning in an accident, and the rate of rollover crashes has steadily increased as a result of their growing popularity in recent years. Rollover accidents claimed the lives of 6,358 persons in the United States in a recent year. In nearly 74 percent of these fatal collisions, there was a prior impact leading to the rollover. A little over 28 percent of passenger car fatalities in a recent year were caused by rollover accidents. If you or someone close to you is hurt in a crash, you should consult with a trained lawyer to pursue your just compensation.
