Albuquerque, NM – Injuries in Wreck at Copper Ave & Pennsylvania St

Albuquerque, NM (January 28, 2025) – On Monday, January 27, at least one person sustained injuries in a car crash in Albuquerque. That afternoon around 3:01 p.m., the collision was reported at the intersection of Copper Avenue NE and Pennsylvania Street SE. There were confirmed injuries at the scene, but the extent and number of the related damages have not been determined. 

The injured parties were treated at the scene by attending medical personnel. Ambulances were available to transport the crash victims to local hospitals for additional support. Local authorities advised nearby motorists to avoid the scene and to prepare for significant delays. Tow trucks were needed to clear the site and reopen the area to outside traffic. Local law enforcement officials are handling the ongoing accident investigation.
