Albuquerque, NM – Injuries Reported in Two-Vehicle Crash at Juan Tabo Blvd NE & Comanche Rd NE

Albuquerque, NM (October 22, 2025) – Emergency crews responded Tuesday afternoon, October 21, to a two-vehicle collision that caused injuries and damaged a traffic light at the intersection of Juan Tabo Boulevard Northeast and Comanche Road Northeast.

According to the Albuquerque Police Department, the crash occurred around 12:17 p.m. when two vehicles collided in the busy intersection. The force of the impact caused one of the vehicles to strike a traffic light, resulting in visible debris and partial lane closures while emergency responders assisted at the scene.

First responders provided immediate medical aid to those injured. Paramedics transported at least one person to a local hospital for further treatment. The extent of the injuries has not yet been released.
