Albuquerque, NM – Injury Car Wreck at Paseo Del Norte & Calle Nortena

Albuquerque, NM (June 25, 2024) – At least one person was hurt after a car wreck in the Albuquerque area on Tuesday, June 25. The collision occurred early that morning around 10:41 a.m. at the crossing of Paseo Del Norte NW and Calle Nortena NW. There were confirmed injuries at the scene, but the number and severity of the related damages have not been confirmed. 

The injured parties were treated by attending medical personnel. Those requiring further support were later hospitalized by ambulance. No updates on the conditions of the involved parties have been provided. The area was temporarily closed while emergency crews worked to clear the scene, and tow trucks were dispatched to remove the resulting debris and reopen the roadway to outside traffic. An ongoing investigation into the cause of the crash is in the hands of local law enforcement officials.
