Albuquerque, NM – Injury Crash at Academy Parkway Blvd & Osuna Rd

Albuquerque, NM (January 9, 2025) – There were confirmed injuries resulting from an auto accident in the Albuquerque area on Wednesday, January 8. The accident took place at the intersection of Academy Parkway Boulevard NE and Osuna Road NE early that morning around 6:44 a.m. The injured parties were provided aid by attending medical personnel before being transported to nearby hospitals by ambulance for further treatment. 

At this time, the extent of the related damages has not been determined. The roadway was temporarily closed while emergency crews were present. Tow trucks were needed to clear the site of the resulting debris and reopen the roadway to outside traffic. No updates on the conditions of the crash victims are currently available. No further information on the accident has been provided at this time. An ongoing investigation into the cause of the crash is being managed by local law enforcement officials.
