New Mexico Car Crashes
New Mexico produces some of the worst drivers in the country, and regretfully, some of the worst drivers in the state reside in Albuquerque. In the Land of Enchantment, the city had the highest number of traffic accidents in 2019. That year, 19,034 crashes were reported in Bernalillo County. This is an average of one collision taking place every 27 minutes. Albuquerque also had the highest number of alcohol-related collisions that year at 675 in total. Following a catastrophic collision, injured parties and their families must be prepared to seek full and just compensation for their losses.

New Mexico crash victims might be reluctant to bargain with their insurance company after a collision, and this is completely understandable. Any insurance policy can have a great deal of bureaucracy and ambiguous wording that can intimidate those without the right experience.
