Albuquerque, NM – Major Injury Collision on Western Skies Dr

Albuquerque, NM (August 5, 2024) – At least one person suffered injuries following a car crash in the Albuquerque area on Sunday, August 4. That evening around 9:33 p.m., the accident took place at the 301 block of Western Skies Drive SE. There were confirmed injuries at the scene, and emergency responders were dispatched to provide aid to the involved parties. 

Ambulances were available to transport the injured parties to local hospitals for further treatment. At this time, the severity and number of the resulting injuries have not been determined. The roadway was temporarily closed until tow trucks were able to remove the resulting debris and reopen the area to outside traffic. The circumstances leading to the collision have not been determined, and no updates on the conditions of the involved parties have been provided.
