Albuquerque, NM – Serious Injuries in Crash at I-40 & 12th St

Albuquerque, NM (July 16, 2024) – A serious auto accident in the Albuquerque area on Tuesday, July 16, required support from local paramedics. The crash occurred that morning around 7:56 a.m. on Interstate 40 EB near 12th Street NW. There were confirmed injuries at the scene, and emergency units were dispatched to render the necessary medical aid. 

The crash victims were later transferred to nearby hospitals for further treatment. At this time, the circumstances leading to the accident have not been determined. The roadway was temporarily closed until tow trucks managed to clear the resulting debris and reopen the area to outside traffic.
